Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and how to track it. Every order is tracked.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and $5.95 below that. Express shipping is $19.95. You see the shipping price at checkout before you pay.

We ship to addresses in the United States.
How Long It Takes
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days in transit. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days in transit. Weekends and holidays add time, and the carrier's own delays can too.
Holiday Orders
If you are ordering a gift, give it extra time in December. The carrier's busiest weeks are the ones right before a holiday, and a package sent early is the one that arrives on time. Express shipping is the safer choice for anything ordered late.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipping email has the tracking link. You can also look up an order any time with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking stops moving, or your package arrives damaged, write to us from the Contact page with your order number. Keep the box and the packing until we sort it out.
Sales Tax
No sales tax is added at checkout right now. The checkout shows your full total, shipping included, before you pay.
