Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to us from the Contact page before you buy.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The price on the product page is the price of the piece. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, or with a Stix & Stones gift card. We do not see or store your full card number.

Your Order

When you place an order, you get an email confirming it. If a piece turns out to be out of stock, or a price or description on the site was wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full for anything we cannot send. If a price on the site was wrong, we never charge you the corrected price without asking you first.

Product Details

We describe every piece as exactly as we can: its metal, its size, its weight where we list it, and its stones. Photos show the pieces as closely as we can, but screens differ, so a color can look slightly different in person. Pre-owned pieces are described with their condition and any wear.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping prices and times are on the shipping page. Once a package is with the carrier, tracking shows where it is. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we will work it out with you.

Returns

Returns follow the returns page: pieces not worn since they arrived (earrings only if never worn), within 30 days of delivery, refunded to your original payment method.

Wear and Care

Plated and vermeil finishes wear over time, and how long they last depends on how a piece is worn and cared for. The care guide explains how to make them last.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Last changed October 23, 2026.
